PatientTV (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a digital signage application designed for use in hospital waiting rooms to display curated healthcare content. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the information provided by hospitals during app registration and usage.
1. Information We Collect
When registering on the PatientTV app, we may collect the following non-personal information:
- Hospital Name
- Doctor Name
- City, State, Country
- Medical Specialty
- Preferred Language
- Contact Number (for support purposes only)
No personal data of patients is collected, stored, or processed.
2. How We Use This Information
We use the collected information solely to:
- Personalize content displayed on your hospital’s screen
- Monitor app usage and performance
- Enable access to free trial and manage subscriptions
3. Data Security
All data is securely stored using Firebase services. We implement best practices to ensure your data is protected and not misused.
Users can contact us via email in case they want to delete their data.
4. Payments
After a 7-day free trial, the app may display a payment screen. All transactions are handled through secure, third-party gateways. No payment data is stored by PatientTV.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties except as required by law.
Advertising and Analytics
Our app may collect and use a unique identifier provided by Google called the Advertising ID (also known as the Google Advertising ID or AAID). This identifier is used for purposes including, but not limited to:
- App functionality – ensuring features of the app work as intended.
- Analytics – understanding how users interact with the app, improving app performance, and diagnosing issues.
- Advertising or marketing – delivering relevant advertisements, measuring ad performance, and showing promotions.

At present, we may not actively display third-party ads; however, we may introduce advertisements in the future, including from healthcare, pharmaceutical, and other relevant sectors.
